Episode 6.

I reached home, settled on my bed staring at the suya Kejie or Vera gave to me. I couldn't believe the girl I thought was so rude, cheap and silly could be so lovely and calm. I took my phone and smiled at the way I saved her number, V Kejie, then I called her. "Hello, are you home? She asked immediately she picked up. "Sorry, do you know who you are speaking with?, I asked. "Even if I didn't know before but your voice tells it all. Goodnight Ikpeme, she said and hung up. I smiled and opened up the suya, eating it sheepishly. Then I fell on the bed when I was done and opened my WhatsApp, I saw she was online so I messaged her, "hey, won't you sleep? "Very soon, she replied. "What should I reply sef? I asked myself stupidly. "Thanks for everything, I appreciate, I replied back. "You're welcome, she replied.
We started chatting regularly, I asked to see her which she accepted. We discussed, laughed and compete on westlife music. I couldn't help it, I was already in love with her, on one of our outing something happened. We met at eleven eleven one cool evening, then a song came to my heart

"But I'm saying it to you because you're the puzzle of my heart, I said and gently kissed her. surprisingly she responded to it. Right there we confessed our love for each other and made that spot our favourite. I drove her to my house... Well well well it happened, not that I asked for it, but we did it.
I saw my body, soul and spirit bounded to Vera, then I knew I'm deeply into it and there's no turning back for my feelings. My friends keep asking me about my success with Kejie but I keep lying to them. I finished my exams already and my parents never stopped calling, asking me to come home. Vera was still having her exams but I had to go which I explained to her and she accepted. We kissed passionately and hugged like I was never coming back, I ran out from her place with tears in my eyes, only God knows how much I'm gonna miss her.
We kept chatting, video calling and texting ourselves everyday until the holiday was over. I was happy when I landed in Calabar, I hurriedly went home to drop my bag so I can meet with my baby. I tried opening the door but it wasn't responding, suddenly the door clicked open and right before me was my one and only Kejie. We screamed and hugged ourselves tight laughing like mad men. "What a pleasant surprise honey, I wanted surprising you myself, I said to her as we threw ourselves on the bed. "Yeaeee I won, she giggled and hugged me again. "Don't worry Na, next time will be my turn, i said and a powerful flavour hit me hard on the nose. "Hmmmmm where is that coming from? I asked throwing my head side to side. "This your big nose eh, oya go take your bath before you eat, she said dragging me from the bed. "And you're coming with me too, I said holding her waist. "AHhh Naughty boy, go take your shower ok, she said drawing my nose playfully and I ran to the bathroom.
